White Garlic

This is the most widespread variety at a worldwide level. It is larger than the red garlic. Among its features, we can highlight its good productivity and conservation. It is usually consumed
in dry form.

It is characterized by its strong flavour and persistent aroma.

It is usually planted at the beginning of autumn and harvested in June.
