Spring Garlic

Among its features, we can highlight the fact that it has a milder flavour and aroma than red garlic and is usually larger than the latter.

It is usually planted in September and harvested in May.

Within the spring garlic variety, we can find two variants:

  • Pure white spring garlic, whose tunic, as its name suggests, is completely white.
  • violet spring garlic, characterized by its violet colouration.
